We are passionate about using race funds to support and strengthen our community, while now also helping to enhance healthcare close to home through the Lennox and Addington County General Hospital Foundation.

Over the years, the Napanee Heritage Race has made a meaningful impact:

In 2016, $15,000 was donated to the Rotary Club of Napanee in support of the revitalization of Rotary Park, including accessible playground equipment.

In 2017, $12,500 supported the Limestone District School Board to kick-start improvements to the track and field facility next to NDSS.

In 2018, $11,500 helped fund the Lennox and Addington Seniors Outreach Service 55+ Activity Program, providing low-cost fitness opportunities for local seniors.

In 2019, a multi-year project began to supply and install outdoor fitness stations for community use. With continued fundraising efforts through 2022 and 2023, this project reached completion in 2025 when equipment stations were installed on the grounds of J.J. O'Neill Catholic School.

In 2024 and 2025, just over $35,000 was raised for the Town of Greater Napanee to support the installation of amenities, such as lighting and benches, along the new, in-town revitalized rail trail. We look forward to seeing this project come to fruition in late 2026.

In 2025, over $20,000 was raised for the Town of Greater Napanee to support the construction of a free, community-use canoe and kayak launch.

Now in 2026, the Lennox and Addington County General Hospital Foundation is proud to carry this incredible legacy forward. This year, funds raised through the Napanee Heritage Race will support diagnostic imaging at LACGH, helping bring essential services like CT scans, MRIs, and other vital diagnostic tools closer to home for our community.
